It's warm, spicy but not sharp at all. It's just winter-y and comforting without being outright seasonal. I just love it. I'd just been texting with Marianne about how I don't feel like Madewell's denim this fall is very interesting or tempting but half an hour later I was ordering this pair of Perfect Vintage jeans:
While they aren't the bootcut or barrel jeans of my fall vision, they are: mid-rise, a dark wash, and straight leg. I mean, these are the jeans I will be wearing every single day if they work for me. We shall see! I was also quite tempted by these boots and this shirt-jacket and oh my god this leather jacket, but I resisted. For now. We'll see.
