Marianne: New bag day!

Soooooo...I was at my magic consignment store the other day and I spied this potentially great bag. A great plummy purple color and looked like nice leather, so I asked to take a closer look. That's when I saw it was a Kooba, and then they told me it had been marked down to $29 literally minutes earlier.

So, needless to say, I bought it. At home, I did a little digging and discovered it was the Kooba "Lola" tote, and originally retailed for $500. Adrien told me she would have beaten me over the head if I hadn't bought it, so I'm thinking it was a smart buy.

I've gotten rid of all of my colorful bags and it turns out I missed the occasional punch that one can provide to the old wardrobe. For example, this outfit I've worn before.

So, yay! New bag day, and for less than you'd pay for a pleather knockoff. Have you scored any deals lately?

    1. Catherine, it's Repeat Boutique! You have to dig a bit and ignore all of the racks of stuff from Chico's, but there is great stuff to be found.

  4. That frill on your shirt looks so nice with your hair - it's a striking combination, especially in that first pic.
