We Discuss: Our Fall Wardrobes.

Disclosure: I get a commission for purchases or clicks made through links in this post.

M: I know you've been on the edge of your seat but I have identified *one* outfit I am pleased to maybe wear this fall.

A: OMG FINALLY.

M: My plan is faux leather leggings, booties, a sleeveless silk tunic-y thing and, in the words of Kim France, "a big huggy grey sweater."

A: That all sounds perfect.

M: Huggy af:

A: Oh, you fucking NEED that.

M: I knowww

M: I am also still thinking about those bone jeans.

A: Bone jeans?

M: Everlane high rise skinny in the bone color
.
A: Ah! Yes. Those look good.

A: Speaking of Kim France, she made me want $400 jeans today. Bad lady.

M: She's meeeaaaan

A: Ok, $345 jeans but STILL.

M: Ok here's the thing those would only look good on her.

A: They're excluded from the sale anyway, not that I ever would. And yeah, you're right.

M: I recently decided that she's so far from my body type that I am slightly less wants when she recommends things

A: I keep wanting clothes for for a body I don’t have. (See: Everlane box cut anything.)

M: Same. Those $16 weird Gap jeans came and they are too tight but about 5 pounds from being potentially cute.

A: Hmm. I got the Everlane ponte pants in regular length and they're really good. Now I can shut up about it.

M: Yay!!

A: Not exciting but a really solid basic.

M: Instagram what are you implying:

A: Fashion sacks for everyone!

M: Loosely!

A: #SackLife

  2. Can you compare the Everlane ponte to the JCrew Pixie?

    1. It's been a few years since I tried the Pixie, so I can't remember why they didn't work for me! If I'm near a JCrew soon, I'll try them on and let you know.

  3. I bought that Vince sweater in black from Marshall's last year, I think they mis-marked the price as it was less than $100 so I couldn't pass it up. I'm so glad I didn't, I wore it constantly!

  4. Is anyone concerned that 12 is the biggest size for Everlane? If i wanted to size up it would be impossible. I am between a 12-14 especially if they are tight fitting.
