Not so much in this picture, but Harry and Elliot used to look EXACTLY ALIKE when they were both around 17. Amazing. Like people stopping him on the street to say "Holy crow you look just like Elliot Barnett!" Well, I assume people were also stopping Prince Harry to say that; they were for real stopping Elliot to say he looked like Harry!
