Weekend Window Shopping: Anthropologie Dresses.

I have been looking high and low for an excellent new dress to break me from wanting to wear jeans or pants every day. Anthropologie has lots of pretty options and they're all hurting my feelings:

  1. Sorry, off topic (I have tried to get into wearing dresses sooo many times, but I think I'm coming to the realization about myself that I am just not a dress girl), but did you buy the Madewell coated jeans you mentioned several weeks ago? I keep looking at them online, and I'm wondering how they fit. And if they look gray instead of black (as many coated black jeans seem to do). Thanks in advance for any info!!

    1. I did and they're great. A true black and I took my usual jean size in them. I'm going to post an outfit wearing them on Monday, so check back!

  3. I just got that teal Anthro dress in the gray marl. Wore it today for the first time and got soooo many compliments. The dress is comfortable and not as complicated as it may seem on the hanger. It may run slightly big, or I am too modest for the intended proportions. I got the regular medium and I'm 5'2", 130#. Length falls just below my kneecap, which is good for wearing to the office with boots. They offer it in petite, but I didn't feel like I needed it in this dress. The intermediate sleeve length helps.
