Adrien: Winter Uniform.

So, this is basically what I'd wear every single day in the winter if I didn't have an office job. Despite not being a minimalist in any way, I just end up a creature of habit and want to wear my favorite things over and over again. (It's kind of embarrassing how much I wear my J.Crew field jacket, you guys.) So, here it is: cashmere sweater, skinny jeans, boots, pendant necklace:

Not exciting but it's how things have been going lately. I'm wearing last year's Everlane cashmere v-neck sweater which is still my favorite sweater, though my purple J.Crew sweater gives it a run for it's money just by being purple and ridiculously soft.

Did someone say ridiculously soft? Hi, Daniel. I'm wearing James Jean Couture skinny jeans which they don't make anymore. I like that the leg is super tight so they are good with my tall Loeffler Randall boots but MAN I am ready to trade them in for a higher-waisted version. I'm considering this pair at BR or I might just cut out the middleman and get a pair of these Spanx denim leggings or maybe this high-rise pair which is on sale. (Anyone have a pair? Halp?)

My necklace is a Sparklepop Sydney necklace and it's a favorite. It's sold out but pretty easy to find on eBay (not my auction.) For a similar look I really love this long crystal pendant and this little nugget by Kate Spade would be a nice short version.

I've been carrying my MJ Mag Bag a lot and you guys know how I feel about this pewtery gold color for bags. It's the every-metallic. You should get up on that be it a bargain choice or otherwise. My scarf is....hell I don't even remember. Just get this one. You're welcome.

And now, my favorite little winter coat. This is a DVF coat that I loved and couldn't come close to affording and then Nina found it the next summer at Saks Off Fifth and remembered I wanted it! Damn, that is a good friend. There isn't much similar to it but LL Bean makes a surprisingly cute purple duffle coat that looks a lot warmer and this purple Via Spiga coat has a cool stand up collar. Coats and boots, y'all. The only things that make winter bearable.
