Marianne: A dress. Again.

This is the other dress I scored at the big consignment sale, and it set me back a whopping $7. It isn't a fancy label, it's old Maggie London (or, according to the tag, Maggie L. Fancy!). It's a great green print and the cut can't be beat in terms of comfort and flattery. The flutter sleeve/faux wrap neckline/banded ruches waist/flared skirt combo is an easy win for anyone with curves. I paired it with brown, but I feel like this would have been an opportunity to add some contrasting color, so I'm curious what you would have done?

dress: Maggy L. (more fun jersey dresses here and here)
Koa wood bangle: bought in Hawaii (similar here)
shoes: Aerosoles (not really similar, but I like them, sandals here)

  1. What a great find! I would pair it with orange or peacock blue

  2. I was thinking orange or yellow! I always do brown with green though.

  3. oh, great green print! I always love brown, of course, but I too am enjoying orange with green these days. Maybe a peach-y tone, to go with the lighter green, or even a mint.
