Marianne: Sheathy.

I've been trying to step up my game at work lately, sartorially. Kind of a "dress for the job you want" deal. While I miss wearing jeans all the time, the upside is revisiting items of clothing I had kind of forgotten about. Which brings us to this dress. I had completely forgotten how flattering and comfortable this dress is! The seams nip in the waist and the sturdy ponte skims over the hips. I am pretty sure I've paired it with this cardigan before, but it's a perfect lightweight layer for a chilly office, plus it punches up the simple dress. Add fun hot pink sandals and a skinny belt and you are done.

dress: Deletta/anthropologie "Curvy Sheath" (similar ponte sheath here)
cardigan: Guinevere/anthropologie (similar floral cardigan here)
shoes: Aerosoles (another cute berry pink sandal here)
belt: anthropologie, via Adrien's friend Kate

  2. Ok you officially have legs for days in this outfit. I love it and am envious of your tan. That cardi is fantastic and the dress looks so pretty.

  4. Adorable! I've been trying to step it up at work too. I really don't care about impressing anyone here, but I definitely feel better on days when I dress cuter. And of course getting compliments from coworkers doesn't hurt.
