Marianne: They Go With Everything.

I know, if I wear these much more I am going to end up being The Girl In Those Dang Yellow Shoes. I know. But I loooove them, and they go with everything! Plus, one of our adorable commenters said she was enjoying seeing how to make this color work in your wardrobe. Don't encourage me, guys! I still have at least two more outfit combinations in mind to show you! Today? Brown + mustard. I'm like a sandwich of goodness.
Here is an adorkable pose I call "Spin Mommy"! But really, this dress has great movement. It swirls around your legs when you walk and makes me feel like a lady.
And yeah, I got a yellow pedicure in homage to my favorite shoes. It's a full on banana fest around here.
wrap dress: BCBG (similar styles here and here)
shoes: Chie Mihara Hito Curry (another yellow wedge here)

  1. Man, if I had a pair of Chies I'd be wearing them frequently too! Love the matching pedicure.

  2. That color yellow does nothing for me, but your shoes are making me think that I can use it in my accessories this fall!

  4. I'm so glad you're wearing those! I bought a great pair of teal suede high heel sandals from the Nine West outlet and wondered when I'd be able to wear them. After seeing yours I googled it and apparently it's perfectly acceptable to wear them in summer Thanks!

  5. Yay, Comet Girl! I think that the "rules" have really been thrown out the window. I happily wear my suede sandals and will try and wear them this fall with tights, too!

  6. Some of the rules. I've seen some that say white shoes after Labor Day is ok. As a Southern girl, that one's still hard to break ;0)

  7. I love those shoes & your kick ass yellow pedicure. And I think I'd like to be known as "The Girl In Those Dang Yellow Shoes." It has a nice ring to it. :)
