Adrien: Sharp, Shiny Shoes.

When I get something new I know I have a keeper when I cannot wait to wear or use it. If it just sits in my closet mocking me, it usually gets returned or eBayed. So, I showed you all my new Frye sandals over the weekend and I've been dying to wear them, so here's the outfit:


I had to leave early for work so the rest of it isn't terribly creative, but the sandals pretty much make up for it. Right? (Right? Humor me here.)

cardigan: Target
necklace: Keen Designs
bag: Juicy Couture

So what about you? When you buy something new do you wear it right away or let it marinate for a while? (Yes, I'm fishing for comments. DO TELL.)

    Right away! When you sent me to Target for sandals the other week I bought three pair and wore them on three consecutive days!

    Oh, I have to wear it right away. I'm like you, if I don't find myself wanting to wear it immediately it's usually a return. This happens when I buy something because it's a great designer and a good deal, but not really me.

    Anyway, I bought some new sandals yesterday that are totally inspired by your Fryes, and I'm wearing them today.
